Swift and SwiftUI on iOS and iPadOS, Kotlin on Android, and React Native with TypeScript and Expo when one codebase should serve both. Widgets, local notifications, camera and barcode work, and the store release process end to end.
Backends in PHP, .NET and Python on MySQL and MSSQL, REST APIs, React admin panels and B2B portals — including the shared-link web views that let people take part without installing anything.
SCADA field data, sorter conveyor lines, warehouse and ERP systems, brought into applications people actually carry with them.
Local databases as the source of truth, with synchronisation that reconciles when the connection comes back. Products that keep working in a warehouse basement or a tent.
Image processing that runs on the phone rather than a server — recognising game tiles from a photograph, with nothing uploaded.
No accounts where none are needed, no analytics, no ad SDKs in our own consumer apps. Data stays on the device unless sharing it is the point.

Every project starts with the one thing that is slow, manual or error-prone today. The first release solves that, rather than everything.
Interfaces are judged on a real phone in a real hand, not in a slide. It is the fastest way to find out what a screen actually needs.
One-handed use, poor signal, gloves, warehouse lighting. Software that lives outside an office has to be designed for outside an office.
Our ERP companion app is on its fourth major version and Splitto on its fifth. We are still shipping updates for products released years ago.
